Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as technical project lead, architect, and/or project manager for application developers.
- Create detailed programming tasks, assign workloads, and monitor project progress.
- Perform code reviews and validate testing outcomes of application developers.
- Coordinate work outcomes of external consultants and evaluate vendor-supplied software packages.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot system changes impacting existing modules.
- Lead a technical project team and define information systems requirements based on business strategy.
- Provide expert functional and technical support for vendor applications in collaboration with the Salesforce Health Cloud Administrator.
- Monitor and report on critical path workflows, resolving or escalating issues as necessary.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Computer Science.
- 7+ years of general application development and support experience.
- 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Health Cloud.
- 5 years of experience with Salesforce DevOps toolset and CI/CD practices.
- 2 years of experience leading technical project teams.
- Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification.
- Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification.
- Experience with JavaScript, Flows, Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOAP, REST.
- Experience working in an agile environment using Jira or similar solutions.
- Strong communication skills with both technical and business audiences.

Required: Salesforce Health Cloud experience, Copado deployment tool is a plus
What you will be doing:
Serves as technical project lead, technical architect, and/or project manager for a team of application developers. Keeps the management team informed of project status and significant issues impacting outcomes.
As a technical lead, responsible for creating detailed programming technical tasks, assigning workload, monitoring project progress, performing code review, and validating testing outcomes of application developers. Perform mentoring and oversight in all areas of the development life cycle.
Coordinates the work outcomes of external consultants.
Evaluates, supports and tests vendor-supplied software packages. Determines compatibility with existing systems. Installs and tests vendor upgrades and patches. Provides technical support and troubleshooting.
Responsible for evaluating any impact of system changes on existing modules.
Leads a technical project team. Understands the business strategy of client departments and defines the information systems requirements to meet the business requirements.
Provides expert functional and technical support for vendor applications and programs in collaboration with the Salesforce Health Cloud Administrator.
Monitors, defines, and reports on critical path workflows. Resolves issues or escalates issues as required.
What you must have:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science,
Must be able to receive a favorable Interim and adjudicated final Department of Defense (DoD) background investigation
7+ years general application development and support experience
5 years' hands on experience in Salesforce Health Cloud
5 years' experience with a Salesforce DevOps toolset and CI/CD practices
2 years' experience leading technical project teams
Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification
Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification
Experience with JavaScript, Flows, Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOAP, REST
Experience working in an agile environment using Jira or similar solutions
Experience communicating with both technical and business audiences
Nice to have:
Aura framework and OmniScript
Technical experience working with healthcare systems or in a government contract systems environment
Experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components and Einstein Analytics
