Summary: The role of Clinical Product Owner involves defining the product vision and roadmap for a Clinical Payment system, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. Key Responsibilities:

  • Define the long-term product vision and roadmap for Clinical Payment system based on business goals, market needs, and user feedback.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and identify opportunities for clinical payment features or product lines.
  • Partner with leadership to prioritize payment initiatives that align with organizational strategy and clinical outcomes.
  • Translate payment workflows, guidelines, and best practices into detailed product requirements.
  • Collaborate with Payment leads, subject-matter experts, and data partners to validate use cases and ensure product decisions support clinical effectiveness.
  • Serve as the clinical voice in cross-functional discussions.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, regulatory, and QA teams to guide products from concept through development, testing, and launch.
  • Create detailed PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
  • Manage end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring timely releases and high-quality delivery.
  • Engage Payment leads, customers, and partners to gather continuous feedback and drive product adoption.
  • Lead Payment product demos, training, and other initiatives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer escalations related to clinical payment features.
  • Define clinical KPIs and measure product impact on patient outcomes, workflow efficiencies, and safety metrics.
  • Partner with analytics teams to evaluate product performance and guide continuous improvement.
