• Implement CICS for transaction management.
• Manage data storage using VSAM.
• Utilize TSO/ISPF for mainframe operations.
• Write and maintain JCL for job control.
• Develop PROCs and PARMS for job parameters.
• Communicate complex technical issues effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

Key Skills:

• Proficiency in COBOL programming.
• Experience with IDMS and IDMS ADS/O.
