Requirement: Looking for a Senior CA Gen Engineer/Architect with proven experience modernizing CA Gen (Broadcom Gen/COOL) applications and migrating legacy COBOL/mainframe systems to modern platforms.
Requirements
- 5+ years of CA Gen (Broadcom Gen/COOL) experience
- Strong knowledge of CA Gen runtime framework and model internals
- Hands-on experience with CA Gen-generated COBOL code
- Proven experience leading CA Gen migration/modernization projects
- 5+ years of COBOL development experience
- Experience with Java, .NET, AWS, or mainframe modernization is a plus
