Summary: The role is for a Senior ServiceNow Automation QA Engineer focused on Snow Testing, QA, Automation, ATF, and SQL, intended for a remote position with a contract duration of 6 months that may lead to a permanent hire. The candidate will be responsible for developing test plans, executing tests, managing defects, and collaborating with various stakeholders. The position requires a strong background in ServiceNow and automated testing frameworks. The role is open to W2 or Corp-Corp employment arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive test plans and test strategies based on project requirements and specifications.
• Conduct functional, regression, and integration testing on ServiceNow instances with a specific emphasis on CSM module.
• Validate that configurations and customizations meet business requirements and function as intended.
• Identify, document, and track defects through the testing lifecycle.
• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
• Implement and maintain automated test scripts using relevant testing tools for CSM module.
• Continuously explore opportunities to enhance test automation coverage and efficiency.
• Write and execute SQL queries, including basic queries with joins, to support database testing and validation.
• Collaborate with development teams, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in regular meetings to provide updates on testing progress, issues, and overall project status.
• Create and maintain detailed test documentation, including test cases, test scripts, and test reports.
• Ensure that testing activities comply with organization standards and best practices.

Key Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a QA Analyst with a focus on ServiceNow Platform and ServiceNow Automated Test Framework.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, QA processes, and best practices.
• Proficiency in creating and executing automated test scripts using relevant tools.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
