Summary: The Program Manager, Instructional Design & Learning Solutions is responsible for leading the design and development of engaging learning solutions across various therapeutic areas. This role involves transforming complex content into effective learning experiences while collaborating with multiple stakeholders. The position emphasizes the use of innovative technologies and AI to enhance learning delivery and effectiveness. The role is remote and has a duration of 18 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end instructional design and development of digital and blended learning solutions.
- Design and build interactive learning experiences using Articulate Rise and Storyline.
- Develop self-paced eLearning modules, workshops, facilitator materials, job aids, assessments, and learning pathways.
- Create and produce multimedia learning assets including AI-generated videos, simulations, and interactive content.
- Translate complex scientific and commercial information into learner-centered experiences that improve knowledge, application, and performance.
- Serve as primary execution lead for global product launch curricula, disease state education, product training, and competitive intelligence programs.
- Manage localization and country-specific adaptation of learning assets for global affiliates.
- Partner with stakeholders across Commercial, Medical, Marketing, Learning Technology, and affiliate teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Coordinate project timelines, review cycles, approvals, deployment activities, and vendor deliverables.
- Troubleshoot content, multimedia, localization, and learning platform issues to ensure successful deployment and learner experience.
- Identify process improvements and leverage AI technologies to enhance content development speed, quality, and scalability.
