Job Description
- Design and govern enterprise data architecture for healthcare consent, privacy, and access management platforms.
- Develop canonical data models for Consent Registry, Policy Repository, Identity Mapping, Security Labels, and Access Policies.
- Lead architecture for patient consent, research authorization, restricted data access, and policy enforcement services.
- Define standards for data governance, metadata management, lineage, auditability, and observability.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards including HL7 FHIR R4, HIPAA, and healthcare privacy regulations.
- Design scalable integrations across APIs, event streams, Google Cloud Platform platforms, Microsoft Fabric, and enterprise healthcare systems.
- Collaborate with Privacy, Security, Identity, Data Platform, and Epic teams to deliver enterprise-wide access control solutions.
