Summary: The role is for a Figma UX Designer to support projects in the Origination space for a large Swiss end client. The position is fully remote and requires collaboration with project managers and engineers while conducting user research and designing user interfaces. The designer will also engage with the UX community and contribute to design standards and best practices. The project is set to start on December 1, 2025, and end on July 31, 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct and synthesize user research; create personas, journeys, and actionable insights.
- Design IA, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes; ensure accessibility and usability.
- Apply the design system; produce developer-ready specs and propose component improvements.
- Plan and run usability tests; iterate based on evidence and track design decisions.
- Collaborate with PMs and engineers on scope, handoffs, edge cases, and QA; participate in agile ceremonies.
- Document and present work; maintain clear traceability from user needs to implementation.
- Complement the Lead UX Designer on your project.
- Engage with the UX design community: share learnings, align on standards, contribute to design system and best practices, and leverage peer critique.
Key Skills:
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in web design, supported by a strong portfolio that showcases a complete project life cycle.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping with Figma.
- Excellent command of UX/UI design fundamentals and principles, including layout, typography, and image editing.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with fluency in English.
- Ability to manage multiple features simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality and creativity.
- A self-motivated, high-energy personality with a proactive, can-do mindset that enriches a dynamic team environment.
- Demonstrated track record of successful stakeholder engagement.
- Experience in gathering user insights using both quantitative and qualitative methods.

Rates are up to 650 EUR per day, 8 hours per day.
