Summary: HYR is looking for a Techno-Functional Oracle ERP Consultant to provide production support for Oracle EBS R12 modules across Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Core Financials. The role is primarily functional with some technical exposure, requiring collaboration with various business teams and ERP developers. The ideal candidate should be proactive and accountable, ensuring smooth operations across multiple regions. This position is remote but requires working in the EST time zone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day production support for Oracle EBS R12 modules in P2P, O2C, and R2R.
- Work directly with users to troubleshoot, resolve issues, and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Collaborate with finance, accounting, and procurement stakeholders to gather requirements and refine processes.
- Prepare and update functional design documents, test scripts, and scenarios.
- Perform basic technical tasks (PL/SQL, API/XML understanding) to support functional work.
- Coordinate with ERP technical teams for bug fixes, enhancements, and deployments.
- Follow SDLC and change management processes, including weekly progress tracking and reporting.
