Summary: The ChatGPT Power User Enablement Analyst role focuses on optimizing workflows and automating tasks using AI-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Workflow optimization and Automation: Identifying and developing custom GPTs workflows and automation to replace manual tasks with AI-driven solutions.
• Demo and Enablement: Awareness of new ChatGPT functionality that comes out and conducting weekly/monthly demo sessions on specialized techniques to maximize output quality.
• Usage Analysis and Adoption: Monitoring usage metrics, message volume, tool diversity, and power user engagement to evaluate AI ROI and adoption rate.
• Prompt Engineering & Governance: Building libraries of tested prompts, establishing guardrails for safe/ethical use, and ensuring compliance with data security policies.
• Cross Functional Collaboration: Partnering with different functional teams to create tailored playbooks and use cases.
