Summary: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Change and Vulnerability Management Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be a key player in ensuring the stability and security of our financial systems by managing the full lifecycle of system changes and coordinating vulnerability remediation efforts. You will be responsible for raising and implementing changes, as well as collaborating with the Change Management team to develop and enforce standards for all required modifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate, document, and submit change requests for system modifications, upgrades, and patches in accordance with company policy.
- Collaborate with technical teams to gather all necessary information for change requests, including implementation plans, back-out plans, and risk assessments.
- Liaise with the Change Management team and relevant stakeholders to ensure change requests are properly reviewed, approved, and scheduled.
- Ensure all changes adhere to established standards and best practices for the finance industry.
- Monitor the progress of changes and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
- Participate in post-implementation reviews to assess the success and impact of completed changes.
- Work with security teams to identify, prioritize, and track vulnerabilities within our systems.
- Raise and manage change requests for the implementation of patches and security updates to remediate identified vulnerabilities.
- Coordinate with various technical teams to schedule and execute vulnerability remediation efforts.
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation of all vulnerability-related changes and their outcomes.

- Ensure all change and vulnerability management processes are compliant with internal policies and external regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, FINRA).
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our change and vulnerability management frameworks.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a change management, IT operations, or a similar role, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of IT change management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
- Familiarity with vulnerability management processes and security best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with technical teams, management, and other stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
- ITIL certification.
- Experience with change management and vulnerability management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Tenable.io, Qualys).
