Role Overview

We are seeking Senior Accounting & Finance Professionals with hands-on experience in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Omni Chat support.

This role involves handling both general help inquiries and complex, data-heavy accounting and finance questions that require strong analytical and advisory capabilities.

Requirements

• Senior Account professionals - CFO, COO (Finance), Financial Controller, Financial Director, VP (Finance), other Senior Finance Experts
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, financial consulting, or related fields.
• Experience as a CFO Advisor, Controller, Finance Manager, or Financial Consultant.
• Strong expertise in accounting, bookkeeping, financial reporting, and financial statement analysis.
• Experience handling complex accounting and finance-related queries.
• Experience supporting or advising SMB clients/business owners on accounting and financial matters.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data and provide accounting guidance.
• Handle complex accounting, bookkeeping, and finance-related questions.
• Provide advisory-based recommendations using financial data.

Offer Details

• Commitment: Up to 40 hours per week.
• Duration: 10 weeks, with the possibility of extension based on performance and project needs.
