- 5+ years in AI-focused engineering roles, building and shipping AI/ML-powered products
- Demonstrated track record of hands-on, end-to-end delivery — you have personally designed, coded, tested, and deployed AI systems in production
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
