Summary: The Reltio MDM Data Consultant role involves supporting Master Data Management initiatives using the Reltio platform. The consultant will engage with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure the accuracy and governance of master data. Key responsibilities include data analysis, Reltio MDM operations, and data governance support. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with Reltio MDM and data management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data analysis, profiling, and cleansing to support MDM implementation and maintenance.
  • Identify data quality issues and work with business units and technical teams to resolve discrepancies.
  • Manage and maintain data within the Reltio MDM platform, including configuration, updates, and monitoring.
  • Support data ingestion, survivorship logic, entity resolution, and match-merge processes in Reltio.
  • Create and manage data validations, match rules, and workflows.
  • Ensure adherence to enterprise data governance policies and standards.
  • Collaborate with Data Stewards and Governance teams to maintain high-quality master data.
  • Work with business and IT stakeholders to gather and analyze data requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into MDM design specifications and documentation.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to track data quality KPIs and MDM health metrics.
  • Provide regular status updates and support data audits and compliance initiatives.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 7-15 years of experience in data analysis, with at least 5-10+ years focused on Reltio MDM.
  • Hands-on experience with Reltio Console, L3 Configurations, REST APIs, and data load processes.
  • Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Experience in data profiling, cleansing, enrichment, and matching strategies.
  • Understanding of survivorship rules, hierarchy management, and workflow configuration in Reltio.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.

We are seeking a highly skilled Reltio MDM Data Analyst to support our Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives using the Reltio platform. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with Reltio MDM, data analysis, data governance, and master data lifecycle processes. You will work cross-functionally with business stakeholders, data stewards, and technical teams to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and governance of master data across systems.
