Summary: The Reltio MDM Consultant role involves collaborating with business users and data stewards to gather requirements and serve as the subject-matter expert for Reltio Master Data Management (MDM). The consultant will also coordinate with Reltio Professional Services for support requests and product enhancements while leveraging their expertise in Reltio configuration and Java development to implement custom workflows and integrations. This position requires a solid understanding of MDM principles and hands-on experience with Reltio's tools and APIs. The role is fully remote and classified as outside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Business Users and Data Stewards to gather and clarify requirements.
  • Serve as the Subject-Matter Expert for Reltio MDM across the organization.
  • Coordinate with Reltio Professional Services to drive support requests and product enhancements.
  • Master Data Management: Solid understanding of MDM principles and best practices.
  • Reltio Configuration: Hands-on expertise configuring the Reltio Data Model, including match & merge rules, survivorship rules, and related settings.
  • Reltio Life-Cycle Actions (LCA): Proven ability to leverage the LCA framework to execute custom logic on create, update, delete, or relationship events; capable of building and deploying custom actions.
  • Workflow Development: Experience designing and implementing custom workflows within Reltio.
  • Java Development: Ability to write Java classes and package them into JARs for LCA handlers and custom service tasks in workflows.
  • Reltio APIs: Proficiency in consuming and integrating with Reltio REST APIs.
  • Integration Hub: Experience building or supporting integrations through Reltio Integration Hub.
