Role Summary
Seeking an experienced RTE/RDL to lead Agile Release Train execution across multiple programs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience facilitating PI Planning, managing cross-team dependencies, driving risk and issue resolution, and influencing senior stakeholders to make timely decisions. This is a leadership role requiring strong facilitation skills, executive presence, and the ability to operate effectively from day one.
Mandatory Skills
- Proven experience as an RTE, RDL, or Program Delivery Lead
- Hands-on experience with:
- PI Planning facilitation
- Rally (CA Agile Central)
- Cross-team dependency management
- Program risk and impediment management
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Ability to drive planning, prioritization, and decision-making across concurrent programs
- Experience using GenAI tools (Copilot, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to improve delivery productivity and outcomes
Preferred Skills
- Healthcare, Health Insurance, or other regulated industry experience
- Experience leading large-scale Agile programs and ARTs
Good to Have
- SAFe Certification (not mandatory)
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira Align, or similar Agile tools
