We are seeking an experienced Release Train Engineer with strong knowledge of Java/.
NET applications, SQL, and the healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will coordinate Agile Release Trains, facilitate PI Planning, manage cross-functional teams, track dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software releases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Agile Release Train activities and PI Planning sessions.
- Coordinate multiple Scrum teams and manage cross-team dependencies.
- Track project milestones, risks, issues, and release plans.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
- Support delivery of Java/.NET and SQL-based healthcare applications.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards, processes, and data security requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement across teams and delivery processes.
Required Skills:
- Experience as a Release Train Engineer or Senior Scrum Master in a SAFe environment.
- Strong understanding of Java/.NET applications and SQL databases.
- Prior experience working on healthcare technology projects.
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
