Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead coordinated release planning activities across 90+ software development teams participating in a major WebLogic migration program.
  • Manage multiple concurrent delivery workstreams, dependencies, risks, and milestones across product lines and vendor teams.
  • Partner with Program Managers, Project Managers, Product stakeholders, and engineering teams to develop and maintain integrated release plans.
  • Facilitate cross-team planning, readiness reviews, dependency management, and release governance activities.
  • Drive transparency through reporting, tracking, escalation management, and proactive resolution of delivery risks.

Release Train Engineer (RTE) to support a large-scale enterprise technology transformation program. This role will play a critical part in coordinating release planning and execution across more than 90 software engineering teams involved in a major WebLogic modernization initiative.

Working closely with Program Managers, vendor Project Managers, Product Owners, and technical stakeholders, you will drive integrated release management activities across multiple parallel workstreams, ensuring alignment, transparency, and successful delivery of key program milestones.

This is a highly collaborative role requiring deep experience managing large-scale technical upgrade programs and coordinating complex dependencies across multiple product lines.

What You ll Do
