  • Leading the UK Risk & Compliance Committee (agenda, materials, actions)
  • Own regulatory reporting & notifications (incl. complaints, fraud, incidents, returns)
  • Design and deliver a robust, risk-based compliance monitoring programme
  • Oversee governance frameworks, MI, and escalation pathways
  • Provide independent challenge to the first line and support remediation efforts
  • Advise on UK regulatory requirements (FCA Handbook etc)
  • Deliver clear reporting to senior stakeholders and present at governance forums

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Compliance Manager (UK) for an 8 month contract working on a remote working basis.You will take full ownership of governance and regulatory reporting within a dynamic, regulated fintech business.This is a high-impact role within the second line of defence, with ownership of UK entity compliance oversight and reporting.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the UK Risk & Compliance Committee (agenda, materials, actions)
  • Own regulatory reporting & notifications (incl. complaints, fraud, incidents, returns)
  • Design and deliver a robust, risk-based compliance monitoring programme
