Summary: The role of Regulatory Exam Management Consultant involves supporting regulatory exam engagements within a leading global fintech's Compliance function. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in regulatory exams, audit, or compliance, and offers a fully remote, 6-month contract opportunity. The consultant will manage various compliance-related tasks in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. The role is classified as outside IR35 and offers a competitive daily rate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and manage regulatory exam engagements, including coordinating responses to regulator requests and inquiries.
- Own end-to-end delivery of smaller supervisory reviews, from intake through to submission and closure.
- Maintain trackers, documentation, and QA processes to ensure responses are accurate, complete, and audit-ready.
- Coordinate across global stakeholders (Compliance, Legal, Risk, Tech) to manage deadlines and deliverables.
- Prepare materials, reporting, and insights for senior stakeholders and regulatory interactions.
Key Skills:
- 3+ years’ experience within compliance and regulatory environments.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Experience working with regulatory exams, supervisory reviews, or control testing.
- Confident communicator.
- Able to start within 2 weeks.
