Regulatory Compliance Analyst

The Opportunity

Hays Technology are recruiting for an experienced Regulatory Compliance Analyst to support a large-scale Operational Resilience programme.

This role sits within the Computacenter Tech Ops Res service and will focus on mapping resilience obligations, evidence requirements and reporting gaps against key regulatory frameworks including DORA, FCA/PRA Operational Resilience requirements, NIS2 and customer-specific control frameworks.

This is an excellent opportunity for a compliance, risk or resilience professional with experience operating within regulated environments and delivering against complex governance and regulatory obligations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assess and map Operational Resilience requirements against relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Support the identification of compliance gaps, evidence requirements and remediation activities.
• Develop and maintain regulatory traceability matrices and control mapping documentation.
• Produce audit evidence packs, compliance reports and regulatory response materials.
• Work closely with stakeholders across risk, resilience, technology and governance functions.
• Support board-level and executive reporting activities.
• Contribute to governance, RAID management, quality assurance and knowledge transfer activities within the programme.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Experience in Regulatory Compliance, Operational Resilience, Technology Risk, Audit, Controls Testing or Risk Assurance.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and resilience frameworks.
• Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into practical compliance and evidence-gathering activities.
• Experience identifying control gaps and assessing compliance across complex environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience producing management information, audit packs, control evidence and regulatory reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable Experience

• Knowledge of: DORA
• FCA/PRA Operational Resilience requirements
• NIS2
• ISO 22301
• ISO 27001
• ITIL frameworks
• Experience working within highly regulated industries.
• Understanding of Important Business Services (IBS), Impact Tolerances and Operational Resilience governance frameworks.
• Familiarity with service mapping, resilience testing and regulatory evidence management.

• Demonstrable Operational Resilience experience.
• Strong governance awareness including RAID, RACI and reporting disciplines.
• Ability to engage effectively with technical, operational and executive stakeholders.
• Experience working within established governance and control environments.
• A structured and methodical approach to compliance and regulatory assurance activities.
