Summary: This role is for a Registered Building Inspector (Class 2 RBI+) to provide Building Regulations plan checking and site inspection services for domestic and commercial projects in the West Midlands. The position is a long-term contract with flexible working arrangements, allowing for full-time or part-time hours without the need for office attendance. The role offers a competitive hourly rate based on experience and is classified as outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
