Key Responsibilities:
- Apply strong design thinking across a variety of media: print, digital, and motion
- Collaborate on creative solutions for campaigns, branding, UX, CRM, events, and more
- Work independently and in teams to deliver high-quality design outcomes
- Communicate your ideas clearly and confidently — visually, verbally, and in writing
- Bring attention to detail and craft to every project, no matter the size
- Support creative processes with a can-do, solution-oriented attitude
Key Skills:
- 3+ years’ design experience with a portfolio that showcases print, digital, and motion work
- Strong typography, visual composition, and design aesthetic
- Solid experience using Adobe Creative Suite
- Great communication skills and team spirit
- A proactive, adaptable mindset with an eye for detail
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently to deadlines
- Working knowledge of Figma
- Some familiarity with Microsoft Office tools

You’ll bring a strong sense of design thinking, confidently interpret briefs, collaborate across teams, and push for the best possible creative outcomes. If you're full of ideas, imagination, and energy, we’d love to hear from you. We’re currently building our freelance bench and are looking for Designers available for short-term freelance projects — ranging from 1 day up to 3 weeks at a time. If you're a flexible, collaborative designer who can quickly adapt to different brand worlds and deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines, we want to connect with you. This is a remote freelance opportunity open to candidates based in Poland, the UK, Czechia, Italy, or Spain.
