Key Responsibilities
- Design and support HCM solutions across Workday and related P&O applications.
- Build and maintain integrations using APIs, middleware, and enterprise integration tools.
- Manage SSO, IAM, and security-related configurations.
- Partner with business stakeholders and vendors to deliver technical solutions.
- Support global implementations, upgrades, and transformation initiatives.
Desired Skills
- 5+ years of HCM Solution Engineering or Technical Consulting experience.
- Hands-on experience with Workday and enterprise HCM platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Payroll, Time & Absence, Benefits, and Learning systems.
- Experience with integrations, APIs, SSO, SAML, OAuth, and IAM.
- Proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills.
