RED - HCM Solution Engineer - Contract Role - India (Remote)

Key Responsibilities

• Design and support HCM solutions across Workday and related P&O applications.
• Build and maintain integrations using APIs, middleware, and enterprise integration tools.
• Manage SSO, IAM, and security-related configurations.
• Partner with business stakeholders and vendors to deliver technical solutions.
• Support global implementations, upgrades, and transformation initiatives.

Desired Skills

• 5+ years of HCM Solution Engineering or Technical Consulting experience.
• Hands-on experience with Workday and enterprise HCM platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Payroll, Time & Absence, Benefits, and Learning systems.
• Experience with integrations, APIs, SSO, SAML, OAuth, and IAM.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills.
