Summary: The Recruitment Resourcer role is a remote position focused on enhancing recruitment capabilities within a growing function, particularly in technology roles. The position involves sourcing candidates, supporting interview processes, and managing administrative tasks while maintaining communication with stakeholders. The candidate is expected to visit the Manchester or London office once a month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing for a wide variety of roles, primarily in technology, under tight deadlines.
- Collaborating with Recruitment Business Partners for interview scheduling, candidate offers, and negotiations.
- Assisting with vetting and onboarding processes, ensuring candidates provide necessary documents.
- Maintaining general administration and updates to main trackers/systems.
- Supporting RBP with administrative tasks and daily interactions with candidates.
Key Skills:
- Direct sourcing experience in technology roles, ideally within contingent hiring.
- Previous recruitment experience (Agency or RPO).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and prioritize tasks.
- Strong communication skills and a high level of organization.
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

The Role
A rare and exciting opportunity to be part of a growing recruitment function. This role will enhance your recruitment capabilities across candidate interaction, stakeholder engagement and ultimately delivering recruitment campaigns.
Your day-to-day activities will include:
- Sourcing for a wide variety of roles, with a main focus on technology and working to tight deadlines on CV delivery
- Working with a number of Recruitment Business Partners to support with interview scheduling, candidate offers and negotiations
- Supporting with vetting and onboarding processes and working with candidates to ensure correct documents are being provided to minimise delays
- General administration and updates to main trackers/systems
- Demonstrate working ability to support RBP with administrative tasks
- Daily interactions and communications with candidates
Experience & Skills Required
The candidate will require the following skills:
- Direct sourcing experience in technology roles, ideally within contingent hiring
- Previous recruitment experience (Agency or RPO)
