Day Rate: £200–£275/day + performance-based incentive

Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Recruitment Pipeline Controller to bring control, pace, and accountability to a high-volume recruitment pipeline within our ATS (Teamtailor). This role is focused on ensuring candidates are reviewed, progressed, or rejected quickly and accurately. It is not a traditional recruiter role and does not involve interviewing or hiring decisions. You will play a key role in maintaining momentum across the pipeline and preventing delays or backlog.
