Key Responsibilities:
- Review and clear incoming applications promptly

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline stages at all times
- Monitor candidates in “Interview Offered” and ensure they progress
- Proactively follow up with candidates who have not booked interviews
- Reduce drop-off between stages
- Clear any backlog across inbox and review stages
- Ensure no candidates remain inactive without clear next steps
- Prompt and follow up with recruiters where action is required
- Ensure consistent use of the ATS and adherence to agreed process
- Provide a simple daily snapshot of inbox volume, candidates awaiting action, and any bottlenecks or delays

You will play a key role in maintaining momentum across the pipeline and preventing delays or backlog.
Key Responsibilities
