Summary: This role seeks a Senior Talent & Delivery Director to lead large-scale recruitment initiatives and support organizational transformation in a remote capacity with occasional travel to Bristol. The position requires a hands-on leader adept in Talent Acquisition, Agile delivery, and stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will enhance recruitment capabilities and improve the candidate experience across various regions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end recruitment delivery across multiple regions, including senior hires
  • Contribute to building talent pipelines and sourcing strategies
  • Assist in reducing agency reliance and improving recruitment efficiency
  • Support initiatives to enhance employer branding and candidate experience
  • Help implement data-driven hiring processes
  • Support Product Owners and stakeholders on ATS and digital platform enhancements
  • Assist in translating business needs into user-focused improvements
  • Contribute to backlog management, sprint cycles, and delivery tracking
  • Work with cross-functional teams to support digital product delivery
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support process improvements and transformation initiatives
  • Assist in implementing new frameworks and operational changes
  • Help identify and resolve delivery challenges
  • Contribute to training sessions and internal capability building
  • Work with stakeholders across HR, Technology, and Operations
  • Support and collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams
  • Provide input on market insights and hiring trends
  • Ensure alignment with ED&I and internal processes

Key Skills:

  • Experience in a senior Talent Acquisition, Delivery, or Transformation role
  • Exposure to global or multi-region hiring
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Experience working with ATS platforms and digital tools
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with experience supporting reporting and insights

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Talent & Delivery Director to support large-scale recruitment programmes, contribute to organisational transformation initiatives, and assist in the delivery of digital and product-focused solutions. This is a remote contract role with occasional travel to a Bristol-based office, suited to a hands-on leader who can operate across Talent Acquisition, Agile delivery, and stakeholder engagement. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to support workforce strategy, enhance recruitment capability, and contribute to improving the candidate experience across the UK and international regions.
