Summary: The Recruitment Lead at OP Consulting Group is a remote position focused on enhancing hiring success and recruiter performance. This role involves a combination of hands-on recruiting and team leadership, where the individual will mentor a small team while ensuring high-quality candidate delivery for various clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, support, and coach a team of 3-6 recruiters
- Conduct daily huddles, one-on-one check-ins, and ongoing training sessions
- Monitor team KPIs, drive accountability, and promote delivery excellence
- Align sourcing strategies with client priorities and staffing deadlines
- Promote collaboration and share best practices in sourcing, interviewing, and closing
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles (technical, functional, and administrative)
- Source candidates via ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and referrals
- Conduct screenings to assess skill match, cultural fit, and candidate readiness
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and support preboarding and onboarding
- Build strong relationships with client managers and understand the urgency and nuances of each role
Key Skills:
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a staffing or consulting firm
- 2+ years in a team leadership or mentorship capacity
- Proven experience supporting public sector clients through Managed Service Providers (MSPs)
- Strong familiarity with U.S. employment practices, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and market trends
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Oorwin or similar)
- Strong communication, coaching, and time management skills
- Full availability during U.S. Eastern Time (EST) working hours
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment
