Summary: Randstad Sourceright is seeking a Recruitment Associate to provide administrative and operational support for the recruitment process within a remote team in the UK. Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for client recruiters to assist with the offer process.
- Preparing offer documentation in accordance with compliance standards.
- Using applicant tracking system to maintain documentation of recruiting activities and workflow.
- Responding within service level agreements to a high volume of requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborating on special projects and interacting with global stakeholders.
- Maintaining clear communication with external parties throughout the recruitment process.
- Engaging with candidates and hiring managers, scheduling interviews, and coordinating meetings.
- Leading candidates through the initial stages of the application process.
- Ensuring recruitment process compliance and system administration.
Key Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years recruitment support, administration, and/or customer service experience.
- Solid experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Ability to work within a remote team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a record of follow-through.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, specifically iCIMS.
- Experience working in a globally distributed environment, supporting multiple countries.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with external stakeholders at various levels.

We are searching for a Recruitment Associates to join our client’s new team in UK. Role is remote from UK and we are looking for people ready to work for below shifts: 5am- 2pm GMT M-F 7am -4pm GMT M-F 5am-2pm GMT Th-M 7am-4pm GMT Th-M
As a Recruiting Associate you are responsible for the administration and operational support of the recruitment process for our strategic client partnerships. The primary job function is the creation of complex offer letter documentation in accordance with strict compliance and legal standards. Successful candidates will have a strong customer service mindset, superior communication skills, be process driven, and have a keen attention to detail.
What you will do:

What we would like you to have:

- Solid experience and confidence with Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook, Teams)

- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Applicant tracking system experience, specifically iCIMS
- Experience working in a globally distributed environment, supporting multiple countries.
