Key Responsibilities:
- Refresh and repost active job listings daily to maintain LinkedIn search visibility and ranking
- Review and update job descriptions to reflect the most current role requirements
- Apply keyword optimisation strategies to improve organic discoverability of each posting
- Ensure consistent tone, formatting, and branding across all ivee job listings
- Monitor listing performance metrics including views, applications, and click-through rates
- Flag underperforming listings and recommend improvements to the hiring team
- Maintain a clear activity log tracking refresh dates, edits, and posting history
- Archive expired or filled roles in a timely and organised manner
- Ensure all postings comply with LinkedIn's community guidelines and ivee's internal standards

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and refreshing of ivee's job postings on LinkedIn, ensuring every listing is optimised, on-brand, and attracting the right candidates. This is a contract, fully remote position requiring one focused hour per day, five days a week (5 hrs/week). It is ideal for someone who is organised, detail-driven, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
