Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for research-focused roles, including:
    • Clinical Research Coordinators
    • Research Assistants
    • Research Scientists
    • Lab Technicians and related positions
  • Partner with hiring managers, principal investigators, and department leadership to understand hiring needs and develop targeted recruiting strategies
  • Proactively source candidates through a variety of channels including LinkedIn, research networks, academic institutions, and professional associations
  • Screen and evaluate candidates for both technical qualifications and alignment with organizational mission and culture
  • Manage the interview process, ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Provide market insights, candidate trends, and hiring recommendations to stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate documentation and activity tracking within the applicant tracking system
  • Support offer development, negotiation, and onboarding coordination
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and internal policies

Key Skills:

  • 3 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting for research, clinical research, or scientific roles
  • Experience working within healthcare, academic medical centers, or research-driven organizations

  • Experience supporting hiring for grant-funded or academic research environments (preferred)
