Job Summary

A high-performing real estate team based in Tampa Bay, is seeking a detail-oriented, people-first Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our team. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to warm and cold leads, engaging in real estate discovery conversations, qualifying prospects, and booking follow-up appointments for our agents. This position is ideal for someone with a confident phone presence, excellent follow-up skills, and the ability to follow a proven script and system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily Calling Responsibilities
    • Call prospective leads via Mojo Dialer during two set shifts: Morning Block: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM EST Evening Block: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM EST
    • Make daily calls using predefined lead types: Old Lofty Buyer Leads – individuals who inquired about a home online. Homeowners (7–12 years) – likely move-up sellers in areas where we’ve recently sold homes. Non-Owner Occupied Properties – rental/vacant/investor-owned homes where a sale may be timely.
  • Use Provided Scripts and Systems
    • Follow exact call scripts provided for each lead type to build rapport and gather key information.
    • Ask discovery questions to qualify leads and book appointments for Conor or Sean.
    • Log all call outcomes in Lofty CRM and Mojo, including detailed notes and next steps.
  • Appointment Setting & Follow-Up
    • When a lead is warm or interested, schedule an appointment directly on Conor or Sean’s synced Google Calendar.
    • Immediately text the lead with the assigned agent’s business card.
    • Set calendar reminders or tasks for callbacks, follow-ups, or next-week check-ins.
    • Leave tailored voicemails and send a follow-up text message if the call is missed.
    • Reattempt missed contacts within 48 hours unless noted otherwise.
