Summary: The role of React Native mobile app QA Engineer involves ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of mobile applications developed with React Native. The position requires collaboration with developers, product managers, and designers to conduct thorough testing across Android and iOS platforms. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manual and automated testing of mobile applications developed using React Native
- Design, develop, and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts
- Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA
- Validate API responses using tools such as Postman
- Conduct functional, regression, usability, and performance testing
- Test mobile apps on different devices, screen sizes, and OS versions (Android & iOS)
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce issues and verify fixes
- Ensure compliance with release standards for Google Play Store and Apple App Store
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement
