React Developer 100% Remote

Summary: The React Developer role is a fully remote position focused on creating reusable and modular React components while ensuring compliance with design standards and accessibility guidelines. The developer will be responsible for building complex user interfaces, integrating with RESTful APIs, and implementing state management solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop reusable, modular React components aligned with established design system standards.
• Implement responsive and accessible (WCAG 2.1 AA) user interfaces across desktop and mobile.
• Build complex forms, multi-step workflows, and wizards with dynamic fields and advanced validation logic.
• Design and implement state management solutions with proper loading, error handling, and data persistence.
• Create custom React hooks to encapsulate reusable business logic.
• Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs using layered architecture and async operations.

Key Skills:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing applications with React, including modern hooks and patterns.
