Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the System Engineering Lead for 2G and 4G RAN networks, driving technical excellence across the Performance & Optimization team.
- Lead high-stakes fault investigations on RAN sites, cells, and BSC issues to ensure maximum network uptime.
- Architect and execute complex configuration scripts and commissioning files utilizing Huawei MAE and WIM Unison platforms.
- Design and manage critical BSC Disaster Recovery processes, including regular testing to guarantee infrastructure stability.
- Orchestrate network evolution activities, including overnight script implementations such as BSC reparenting and lab-based environment testing.
