Summary: The Radiantlogic Lead Engineer will support an enterprise-wide Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) implementation, focusing on Identity Access Management (IAM) solutions for User Lifecycle Management. The role involves installing, configuring, and deploying Radiant Logic, as well as engaging with business stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions. The candidate is expected to have extensive experience with Radiant Logic and related technologies. This position is fully remote and requires a strong background in technology system support and information security applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installing, configuring, and deploying Radiant Logic: migrating code and data, integration with other systems for automation, etc.
- Participating in system development to include design, modeling, security, integration, and formal testing of an ICAM solution.
- Installing, integrating, configuring, and deploying Identity Access Management (IAM) solutions and systems to facilitate User Life-Cycle Management.
- Engaging with Business stakeholders to gather project requirements and develop complex solutions towards resolution.
- Providing appropriate access to applications, systems, and data with advanced authentication.
- Coaching and providing guidance to less experienced professionals.
Key Skills:
- Expertise in Radiant Logic technology.
- Experience with Active Directory and Azure AD.
- Strong background in information security applications and systems.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, CIS, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent work or military experience).
- 7 years of experience in technology system support, software development, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience with information security applications and systems.
- 4 years of experience evaluating complex application and hosting environments to identify potential weaknesses and provide remediation plans.
- 5 years of experience designing complex application and infrastructure systems.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Candidate will be trusted with supporting an enterprise-wide Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) implementation effort, as well as Identity Access Management (IAM) solutions and systems to facilitate User Lifecycle Management. In this role, a typical day may include:
- Installing, configuring, and deploying Radiant Logic: migrating code and data, integration with other systems for automation, etc.
- Participating in system development to include design, modeling, security, integration, and formal testing of an ICAM solution.
- Installing, integrating, configuring, and deploying Identity Access Management (IAM) solutions and systems to facilitate User Life-Cycle Management
