Kforce has a client in Warwick, RI that is seeking a Quantum Metric Analyst.
Summary:
As a Quantum Metric Analyst, you will be a key player in our digital analytics team, responsible for leveraging the Quantum Metric platform to monitor, diagnose, and optimize customer journeys across our web and mobile applications. You will transform complex data sets into actionable insights, helping product, engineering, and marketing teams make data-driven decisions that enhance user satisfaction and achieve core business objectives.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
* 2+ years of professional experience in digital analytics, web analytics, product management, or a related data-focused field
* Platform Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with the Quantum Metric platform is required
* Experience with other analytics tools like Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics is a plus
* Analytical Prowess: Demonstrated ability to work with quantitative data, uncover insights, and deliver data-driven recommendations that drive business impact. Thrives on solving ambiguous business challenges
* Technical Skills: Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and an understanding of web technologies (JavaScript snippets, APIs, tag management systems) are highly valued
* Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
