Join our team as a Quality Engineering Architect supporting major financial technology initiatives. In this role, you will lead the overarching testing strategy, design complex quality engineering frameworks, and drive overall system testability for enterprise financial systems.

responsibilities
- Architect and execute end-to-end quality engineering and testing strategies across multi-functional delivery teams.
- Establish frameworks and coverage standards for UAT, SIT, E2E testing, and regression suites.
- Partner with engineering leads during product design reviews to embed quality, testability, and automation early in the lifecycle.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), managing quality metrics, conducting assessments, and providing executive-level reporting.
qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
15+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Test Strategy, UAT, SIT, E2E, and Regression Testing.
15+ years of specialized domain experience within the Banking / Financial Services industry.
Active certifications in Tricentis TOSCA and HP Quality Center 9.2.
Strong leadership, defect management, and analytical skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Expertise in Quality Engineering Analytics, Release Readiness, and Production Validation.
Proven track record in Root-Cause Analysis, Risk Assessment, and executive stakeholder communication.
