Key Responsibilities:
- Design, execute, and support Operational Acceptance Testing (OAT) activities for new and changed services
- Validate operational readiness, including monitoring, supportability, and service management requirements
- Work closely with service management, operations, and delivery teams to resolve defects and risks
- Support testing of AWS-hosted applications and services
- Verify monitoring, alerting, logging, and operational tooling is in place and fit for purpose
- Assist with test documentation, reporting, and handover into operations
- Contribute to continuous improvement of OAT processes and standards
Key Skills:
- Experience or strong exposure to testing or quality assurance, ideally within OAT, SAT, or operational readiness testing
- Understanding of service management and operational environments
- Familiarity with AWS or cloud-hosted applications
- Experience or working knowledge of monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, New Relic, or Elastic Stack (ELK)
- Basic experience with Linux/system administration, Bash scripting, or automation tools such as Ansible
- Ability to work collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams

Desirable Skills
- Exposure to telecommunications technologies such as 4G, 5G, or LTE
- Experience working in IT operations, production support, or service transition
