Summary: Our client is looking for an experienced QA Tester with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to support a major programme in Retail, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Management. This remote contract role requires an individual who can work independently in a fast-paced environment and ensure high-quality system releases. The position involves designing and executing test plans, performing various types of testing, and collaborating with stakeholders to clarify requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QA processes and Dynamics 365 environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Dynamics 365 implementations
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing across D365 modules
- Validate end-to-end business processes within Retail, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Management domains
- Work closely with business analysts, developers, and project stakeholders to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria
- Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution using tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira
- Support UAT cycles, including coordination with business users and reporting on outcomes
- Ensure testing aligns with project timelines and quality standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a QA Tester within Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments
- Strong module knowledge in at least one of the following: Retail, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Experience testing ERP workflows, integrations, and data-heavy processes
- Solid understanding of QA methodologies and test lifecycle management
- Ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively with distributed teams
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) (desirable)
- Familiarity with automated testing tools (e.g., RSAT) (desirable)
- Previous involvement in large-scale D365 transformation programmes (desirable)
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps test management (desirable)
