Summary: Our client is looking for an experienced QA Tester with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to support a significant program across Retail, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Management functions. This remote contract role requires an individual who can work independently in a fast-paced environment and ensure high-quality system releases. The position involves designing and executing test plans, performing various types of testing, and collaborating with stakeholders to clarify requirements. Strong documentation and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Dynamics 365 implementations
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing across D365 modules
- Validate end-to-end business processes within Retail, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Management domains
- Work closely with business analysts, developers, and project stakeholders to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria
- Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution using tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira
- Support UAT cycles, including coordination with business users and reporting on outcomes
- Ensure testing aligns with project timelines and quality standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a QA Tester within Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments
- Strong module knowledge in at least one of the following: Retail, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Experience testing ERP workflows, integrations, and data-heavy processes
- Solid understanding of QA methodologies and test lifecycle management
- Ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively with distributed teams
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) (desirable)
- Familiarity with automated testing tools (e.g., RSAT) (desirable)
- Previous involvement in large-scale D365 transformation programmes (desirable)
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps test management (desirable)
