Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, execute, and maintain test cases and regression testing plans.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and product teams to address testing challenges.
- Clearly document and communicate issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Support data-related testing efforts in coordination with the data team.
- Contribute to the improvement of QA processes and adoption of best practices.
- Explore opportunities to expand automation testing, particularly within Salesforce environments.
- Assist in testing integrations and workflows within the customized Salesforce Health Cloud.
- Work closely with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in manual testing within Salesforce environments, including Health Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test case development, and regression testing.
- Familiarity with automation tools like Selenium and Provar is highly preferred.
- Ability to test and validate integrations across various systems.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently without close supervision.
- Prior experience in nonprofit organizations or mission-driven teams is a plus.
- Salesforce certifications or experience with customized Salesforce environments are desirable.
