Summary: The role of Salesforce QA / Test Analyst involves testing Salesforce functionality across live projects, creating and executing test plans, and ensuring quality standards are met. The position is a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension, primarily remote with occasional office visits. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Salesforce testing and a strong manual testing background in agile environments. This role requires effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Testing Salesforce functionality across live projects
  • Creating and executing test plans, test cases, and scripts
  • Conducting functional, regression, and UAT testing
  • Working closely with developers, product, and stakeholders
  • Raising, tracking, and validating defects through to resolution
  • Supporting release cycles and ensuring quality standards are met
