Summary: The role of Salesforce QA / Test Analyst involves testing Salesforce functionality across live projects, creating and executing test plans, and ensuring quality standards are met. Key Responsibilities:
- Testing Salesforce functionality across live projects

- Raising, tracking, and validating defects through to resolution
- Supporting release cycles and ensuring quality standards are met
