Summary: The role of Salesforce QA / Test Analyst involves testing Salesforce functionality across live projects, creating and executing test plans, and ensuring quality standards are met. The position is a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension, primarily remote with occasional office visits. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Salesforce testing and a strong manual testing background in agile environments. This role requires effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Testing Salesforce functionality across live projects
- Creating and executing test plans, test cases, and scripts
- Conducting functional, regression, and UAT testing
- Working closely with developers, product, and stakeholders
- Raising, tracking, and validating defects through to resolution
- Supporting release cycles and ensuring quality standards are met
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in testing Salesforce is essential
- Strong manual testing background in agile environments
- Good understanding of Salesforce business processes and workflows
- Confident in communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
