  • Gather structured, inclusive feedback from apprentices and employers to drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain oversight of sector quality through accurate management of the Sector Quality Tracker.
  • Provide guidance to EPAs on assessment methodology and ensure compliance with quality assurance frameworks.
  • Monitor and manage automated QA systems to maintain appropriate sampling rates based on EPA performance status (RAG rated).

Key Skills:

  • Relevant assessing qualification (e.g., CAVA).
  • Internal Quality Assurer qualification (e.g., IQA).
  • Appropriate sector-specific occupational qualifications.
  • Functional Skills Level 2 or equivalent in English and Maths.
  • Proven experience working under pressure to targets and deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • Previous QA experience within work-based learning or the education sector.

About the Role

Our client, a national awarding organisation, is recruiting a Quality Assurer to support end-point assessment (EPA) standards across the public sector.
