Summary: The Quality Assurance Program Specialist will execute tasks and activities for the Global Quality Assurance program, reporting to the Senior Manager Global QA. This role involves leading and managing Quality Assurance administration, collaborating with vendor teams, and integrating activities into the HyQuality programs. The specialist will also coordinate program updates and expansion efforts while ensuring effective communication and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating schedules and aligning cross-functional resources
- Preparing meeting materials (often PowerPoint presentations)
- Scheduling meetings
- Taking and distributing meeting notes
- Meeting follow-up
- Evaluation design and checklist versioning
- Self-evaluation programing support
- Planning and oversight of evaluation pilots
- Cross-functional coordination to align future QA program strategy with ongoing Brand Standard efforts
- Management and upkeep of program information on client Connect portal, ServiceNow, and other channels as necessary
- Support of assigned ad-hoc activities for updating of program content, communications, and documentation
- Drafting program communications to field
- Answering program questions and/or routing questions to appropriate individuals
- Assisting in the prioritization of QA requests, interfacing frequently with IT
- Invoicing (biweekly)

Position Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for supporting ongoing Global Quality Assurance program activities. This role will report to the Senior Manager Global QA overseeing QA programs and HyQuality product platforms. The role will have a responsibility for leading and executing tasks related to prioritized Quality Assurance administration, ongoing efforts, enhancements, and measurement initiatives. This role will manage tasks and collaborate with vendor teams and colleagues. This individual will participate in regular meetings with stakeholders and integrate activities into the overall HyQuality programs.
- QA program duties:
- Creating schedules and aligning cross-functional resources
- Preparing meeting materials (often PowerPoint presentations)
- Scheduling meetings
- Taking and distributing meeting notes
- Meeting follow-up
- Design, manage, and lead implementation activities for updates and expansion of the program
- Evaluation design and checklist versioning
- Evaluation checklist versioning
