We're working with a product-led startup preparing to move from simulation to live-money operations in a highly regulated, cash-intensive industry. As part of this transition, we re seeking a QA & Product Specialist who can rigorously test workflows, flag edge-case issues, and help ensure operational integrity from day one.
This role is well-suited for someone with a strong eye for detail, a passion for identifying unseen gaps in logic and user experience, and the ability to collaborate across technical and product domains.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute test plans that reflect the complexity of real-world transaction flows.
Partner with engineers and designers to proactively identify bugs and inconsistencies across frontend and backend systems.
Validate business logic and enforcement mechanisms with both manual and automated testing methods.
Own the final checkpoint between testing and deployment.
Required Experience:
Proven background in QA or product testing roles, ideally within startup or regulated environments.
Familiarity with tools such as Cypress, Postman, Charles Proxy, and modern test management platforms.
Comfortable working in asynchronous environments with distributed teams.

Compensation:
