Process Development: Design and implement comprehensive test processes and debug procedures to ensure product quality.
Test Management: Plan and oversee the execution of automated and exploratory tests. The primary focus of this role is to manage and direct the testing efforts of the QA team rather than performing extensive hands-on testing.
Bug & Defect Management: Establish a consistent process for identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs across all domains, and ensure thorough regression testing is in place.
Mentorship: Lead and mentor QA team members, manage external contractors, and ensure the team is up-to-date with industry standards.
Quality Metrics: Develop and manage key quality assurance metrics to drive performance improvement across all teams.
