Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test documentation aligned with project requirements.
- Perform functional, regression, user acceptance, exploratory, and cross-browser testing for web and mobile applications, including the LINE app.
- Conduct thorough API testing and collaborate with developers to validate integrations.
- Identify, log, and track defects using industry-standard defect tracking tools, ensuring clear and actionable bug reports.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, contribute to sprint planning, and ensure quality deliverables throughout the SDLC and STLC.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are understood and met, leveraging strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Champion quality assurance best practices to drive continuous improvement across testing processes within the customer's team.
Key Skills:
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in manual testing of web or mobile applications.
- Proficiency in designing and executing test cases, test plans, and test documentation.
- Strong experience in regression, functional, exploratory, and user acceptance testing.
