Quality Assurance Engineer | $80/hr Remote

Summary: The Quality Assurance Engineer role is a remote hourly contract position focused on ensuring product quality through comprehensive testing practices. The engineer will create and maintain test plans, conduct various types of testing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and QA documentation.
• Perform functional, regression, exploratory, user acceptance, and cross-browser testing.
• Conduct API testing and validate backend integrations.
• Identify, document, and track defects with clear bug reporting practices.
• Participate in Agile workflows and contribute throughout the SDLC and STLC.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and requirement alignment.
• Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and testing standards.
