Summary: The QNXT Configuration Specialist role involves configuring and optimizing QNXT modules to facilitate real-time eligibility transactions. The position requires collaboration with API developers and business analysts to ensure alignment with business policies and accurate mapping of provider contracts and member data. The specialist will also troubleshoot eligibility errors and partner with data warehouse teams for validation and auditing. This is a 100% remote position with a contract duration of over six months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and optimize QNXT modules to support real-time eligibility (270/271) transactions.
• Collaborate with API developers and business analysts to align eligibility rules with CareOregon business policies.
• Define, build, and test eligibility service parameters, payer response logic, and member validation rules.
• Ensure accurate mapping of provider network contracts and member enrollment data.
• Work within the constraints of QNXT's configuration engine and eligibility extract tools.
• Partner with data warehouse teams for retroactive eligibility validation and pre-pay auditing logic.
• Troubleshoot eligibility errors, null responses, or mismatched member/provider data.
