Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and optimize QNXT modules to support real-time eligibility (270/271) transactions.
- Collaborate with API developers and business analysts to align eligibility rules with CareOregon business policies.
- Define, build, and test eligibility service parameters, payer response logic, and member validation rules.
- Ensure accurate mapping of provider network contracts and member enrollment data.
- Work within the constraints of QNXT's configuration engine and eligibility extract tools.
- Partner with data warehouse teams for retroactive eligibility validation and pre-pay auditing logic.
- Troubleshoot eligibility errors, null responses, or mismatched member/provider data.
